Systemic therapy response evaluation in prostate carcinoma with [68Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT

Abstract Background Consensus statements was published by EAU and EANM to clarify some uncertainties on PSMA PET/CT response assessment in 2020. We aimed investigate the criteria for according comparing with serum PSA changes determine factors affecting therapy evaluation. Results A high concordance found between [ 68 Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 responses 0.84 of Gamma coefficient obtained. Between concordant discordant group, statistically significant difference not terms received therapies castration resistance status. Statistically but low correlation SUV values prostate, moderate SUVmax metastatic lymph nodes bones. Conclusions The evaluation shows without being affected or resistance. This can be used contribution prostate cancer our results literature data.
